LOCAL & FAMILY HISTORY

Tatura is home to several industries, including Unilever Australia (formerly Rosella), Tatura Milk Industries, Snow Brand, The Department of Sustainability and Environment (where the Tatura Trellis was developed) and Goulburn Murray Water.

​

Former industries included Bartlett Cordials, Cleckheaton and Tatura Flour Mills.

The collection of local family histories is vast along with hundreds of photographs of citizens of Tatura from bygone days and those of today.

​

Some of these include the Crawford Family, Mactier Family, Girgarre Living History and History of the Waranga Basin.
